What is Tell Me a Story Collaborators?
Tell Me a Story Collaborators is a process between a child, and two adult listeners, one of which is a writer and the other is an illustrator. Each storyteller uses their imagination to share a story in which they are the main character. The adult listeners provide a series of drafts of the text and illustrations for input from the storyteller in preparation for the production of the special book.

Leslie Medine
Leslie Medine, M.S.W. has been working with and creating programs for children for more than 45 years. She is the founder of multiple schools and non-profits throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Illustrator
Julia Torres
Julia Torres, M.S.W has been drawing all her life and is now combining social work and illustration as a way of supporting the well-being of children. She received her M.S.W from University of Southern California, with a concentration in Social Change and Innovation.
